Simon is a General Partner and COO of IQ Capital, with a central role in shaping and executing long-term strategy, investor relations, and direct support to portfolio company investments.

Prior to joining IQ Capital, from 2007 Simon was a General Partner and COO of Kreos Capital, the pioneer European growth debt provider which grew to over €1bn of assets under management before it was successfully sold to BlackRock.

Previously, Simon was Group Chief Financial Officer of PA Group, a $500m global consulting and technology business, where he was responsible for all aspects of the group's financial management with a strong focus on supporting the successful programme of tech spin-offs.

Simon began his career at Arthur Andersen in London and Frankfurt, working with an international client base on cross-border financing and M&A structures.

Simon has an MA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University and serves as a member of the Cambridge Judge Business School advisory board.
