Sabine Flechet

Sabine Fléchet is Co-Founding Partner of Masawa Impact Fund, a European venture capital fund investing in early-stage companies improving mental health, wellbeing and their social determinants. Masawa takes a systemic approach to impact investing, looking beyond healthcare to areas such as education, financial wellbeing, healthy ageing, workplace wellbeing and climate resilience.

Sabine brings over 20 years of experience across venture capital, private equity, investment banking and strategy consulting. Prior to Masawa, she led early-stage investments at LeadX Capital Partners, where she managed a portfolio of more than 70 companies. She previously worked at HSBC and Altman Solon.

Sabine holds an MBA from INSEAD and is a Senior Venture Advisor to the Purpose Foundation, where she explores alternative ownership and governance models, including steward-ownership.
