Clarissa Mayer

- Head of Partnerships & Innovation, UBS Optimus Foundation developing new initiatives from giving to Outcome-based Financing and investing with existing and new partners

- Previously served as a Partnerships Director for Environment and Impact First Investing and Philanthropy Advisor for European markets and joined UBS in 2022 to dedicate her work to social impact and philanthropy.

- Began her career in strategy consulting at KPMG, leading and supporting projects across ESG strategy, business model development, value creation, and large-scale transactions in the private sector.

- Holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology from Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg, bringing a strong understanding of human behavior and systems change to her work.
