Cavin Kewitz

Cavin Kewitz is co-founder and Managing Director of Mugenio, a company making the switch to heat pumps simple for homeowners across Germany. Its full-stack, asset-light model covers the entire customer journey from first consultation to commissioning, while installation is delivered through a network of regional partner installers – scaling residential decarbonisation without the capital intensity of an in-house workforce. At Mugenio, Cavin oversees finance, fundraising, HR, marketing and software; he is also a licensed German attorney (Rechtsanwalt) running his own practice, KSL Advisory, having passed his first state law exam at LMU Munich at 22 while founding the company.
