Alexis Haass is an international senior executive with 20+ years scaling business growth at the intersection of climate technology and industrial change, with a particular focus on energy transition and industrial decarbonization. She is currently Managing Director, EU & UK Market Development at Sublime Systems, an MIT-founded climate technology company accelerating global market adoption of ultra-low-carbon cement.
Alexis' career spans both B2C and B2B: she led adidas's Brand Sustainability program as Director, Business Strategy and Business Development, then served as founding Chief Sustainability Officer at Arcadis, the global design, engineering, and infrastructure firm. Alexis advises corporates, private equity, and climate tech scale-ups on climate strategy, growth, and sustainability. Born in Boston, she now lives with her family in Munich, Germany.
