After working at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, I relocated to Kagawa. As a lawyer specializing in startups, Web3, AI, data, biohealth, and rulemaking, I have supported nearly 50 diverse businesses and DAOs.

As a social coordinator who moves people and institutions to realize specific visions and shape society, I design and implement new ecosystems across various domains. My projects include initiatives that combine culture (Ainu heritage, Ise Jingu) × art × business, RULEMAKERS DAO (a DAO where anyone can contribute to policy-making and legal reform), the Japan DAO Association, and Kyoso DAO (a DAO that fosters human connections through festivals and creates systems of mutual support and co-creation).

平和で、価値創造が湧出する世界の実現を目指す。森・濱田松本法律事務所を経て香川に移住。スタートアップ、web3、ai、データ、バイオヘルス、ルールメイキング専門の弁護士として50近くの様々な事業/DAOをサポート。特定のvision達成のために人と制度を動かし、社会を創るソーシャルコーディネーターとして、文化(アイヌ、伊勢神宮)×アート×事業のプロジェクトや、RULEMAKERS DAO(誰でも政策作りや法令改正を実現できるDAO)、日本DAO協会、共創DAO("祭"をきっかけに人の繋がりを作り、共助共創が起こる仕組みを作るDAO)を通じ、様々な領域で新しいエコシステムを設計し、実装をしている。
