Can startups and organizations exhibit at the event?

Yes, there will be opportunities for startups, NGOs, and other organizations to exhibit their products and solutions. Please contact us early as booth space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

What is the ticket refund policy?

We kindly ask for your understanding that refunds are not available. However, ticket transfers are possible.

(For Student Tickets) Can I use my student ID as proof of student status for ticket registration?

For ticket registration, we request all students to submit a Certificate of Enrollment issued by their respective educational institutions, rather than a student ID. This measure is in place to prevent fraud and ensure integrity.

Will there be volunteer opportunities to support this event?

Yes! We will be opening volunteer applications again this year.

We need volunteers to help during the event days and with preparations a few days before. If you're available for some meetings and prep work between September and October, stay tuned! We’ll be announcing volunteer opportunities soon.

Are there opportunities to become a partner or sponsor?

What are some of the main activities at the summit?

The summit will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions on various topics (e.g., financial inclusion, diversity and inclusion, education, health, environment), a pitch contest for startups with a prize of 300,000 JPY, mentoring sessions, and exhibitions.
