Born in Kami Town, Miyagi Prefecture. After experiencing the earthquake disaster, he decided he wanted to do work that helps people and entered the National Defense Academy. After graduating from the Mechanical Engineering Department of the same academy, he joined the Ground Self-Defense Force as an officer candidate. After serving at the 12th Logistics Support Unit (Gunma Prefecture) as a weapons maintenance officer, where he was involved in planning training, managing maintenance operations, and disaster relief deployments, he joined Spurcle. At Spurcle, he gained experience in management consulting before transitioning to venture capital work.

宮城県加美町出身。震災を経験し、人のためになる仕事をしたいと考え防衛大学校へ入校。同大学校機械工学科卒業後、幹部候補生として陸上自衛隊に入隊。第12後方支援隊（群馬県）にて火器整備幹部として訓練の企画立案や整備業務のマネジメント、災害派遣等に従事した後、スパークルに参画。スパークルでは経営コンサルティング業務を経験した後、ベンチャーキャピタリスト業務に従事。
