Graduated university and began a career at a welfare-focused nonprofit supporting people with disabilities, followed by work at the Japan Fundraising Association on corporate fundraising capacity-building programs. Founded Scrum Inc. to provide impact management and fundraising support for organizations addressing regional challenges. Experience includes capital provision through investment and grants, as well as public-private partnership projects utilizing Social Impact Bonds and Pay for Success models. Established the Impact Cube Fund to deliver catalytic funding that opens markets at the intersection of local communities and social impact.

大学卒業後、福祉系NPO法人にて障害者支援に携わった後、日本ファンドレイジング協会に入職し法人向けのファンドレイジング力向上プログラムに従事する。
その後、株式会社すくらむを設立し、地域課題解決に取り組む組織へのインパクト経営支援、ファンドレイジング支援に取り組む。
また、投資・助成金等の資金提供業務、Social Impact BondやPay for Successを活用した官民共創事業にも取り組む。
ローカル×インパクトの市場を切り開く触媒となる資金提供を行う『インパクトキューブファンド』を創設する。
