After earning a master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Tokyo, Hideaki launched his career at McKinsey & Company. He later joined Rakuten, Inc., where he gained extensive expertise in sales, e-commerce, M&A, and group-wide strategy. In 2015, he became a Director at Lancers, overseeing corporate strategy, finance, M&A, alliance, business development, public relations, human resources, etc. In 2024, Hideaki joined HERALBONY and became Chief Operating Officer (COO).

東京大学大学院建築学専攻を修了後、2007年にマッキンゼー・アンド・カンパニー・ジャパンに入社。その後、楽天株式会社での法人営業・EC事業戦略・海外M&A・グループ戦略などの経験を経て、2015年にランサーズ株式会社へ入社。取締役として経営戦略・資金調達・M&A・アライアンス・新規事業・広報・人事などを管掌・リード。2024年にヘラルボニーへ参画。2025年1月よりCOOへ就任。
