Shu Sokabe joined Genesia Ventures as a student intern in May 2022. In March 2023, he completed his graduate studies at the Graduate School of Engineering, Tohoku University, where he researched the development of new battery materials without using metals and contributed to technology development at a university-originated startup based on his own research. Outside of academics, he was also involved in rocket development.

In April 2023, he joined Genesia Ventures as a full-time employee. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Tohoku University and a master’s degree from the Graduate School of Engineering at Tohoku University.

2022年5月より、学生インターンとしてジェネシア・ベンチャーズにジョイン。
2023年3月、東北大学大学院工学研究科修了（金属を用いない新型の電池材料の開発を研究、自らの研究を用いた大学発スタートアップにおける技術開発も行なう。課外活動としてロケット開発にも従事）。
2023年4月より、正社員としてジェネシア・ベンチャーズにジョイン。東北大学/工学部卒、東北大学大学院/工学研究科修了。
