Engaged in investment operations at SBI Shinsei Bank Group since 2004, covering non-performing loan investments, real estate securitization, and venture/buyout investments. Launched Japan’s first impact investment fund by a domestic bank, Childcare Support Fund (2017), followed by Hataraku FUND (2019).

Founded Impact Capital Inc. in February 2024 and established Impact Capital Fund I in May 2024, an impact investment fund dedicated to pursuing human well-being.

Serves as a member of the Financial Services Agency’s “Study Group on Impact Investment,” selection committee member for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’s “J-Startup Impact,” and committee member for JANPIA’s “Investment Review Committee for Dormant Deposit Utilization Funds (Equity).”

Recipient of Nikkei WOMAN’s Woman of the Year 2019.

2004年より現SBI新生銀行グループにて一貫して投資業務に従事。不良債権投資、不動産証券化、ベンチャー／バイアウト投資などを担当。2017年に邦銀系初のインパクト投資ファンド「子育て支援ファンド」、2019年に２号「はたらくFUND」を設立。

2024年2月に独立しインパクト・キャピタル（株）を始動。同年５月に「人」の「Well-being」を追い求めるインパクト投資ファンド「インパクト・キャピタル１号」を設立。

金融庁「インパクト投資等に関する検討会」委員、経産省 「J-Startup Impact」選定委員、JANPIA「休眠預金活用資金分配団体（出資）投資審査会」委員など。

日経WOMAN「ウーマン・オブ・ザ・イヤー2019」受賞。
