Sandeep is a senior executive with a multidisciplinary career spanning automotive, manufacturing, visual effects, television broadcasting, venture capital, R&D, and the full technology stack—from hardware and firmware to middleware and software. His work has focused on leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, Web3, blockchain, broadcasting systems, CAD/CAM, FEA, VR, and visual effects pipelines. His contributions have supported landmark productions including Star Wars, Jurassic Park, and Titanic.At Ford and General Motors, he was part of the pioneering team that productized research by applying Virtual Reality Cave technologies to visualize Computational Fluid Dynamics and Automotive Crash Analysis.At Fuji Xerox Palo Alto Lab, Sandeep led several research-to-commercialization initiatives for Fujifilm, driving innovation strategy across Japan and the Asia-Pacific region. Following his tenure there, he joined a boutique venture capital fund in Japan, where he raised capital from Japanese investors for multiple Silicon Valley startups and helped those companies achieve product-market fit and scale in Japan.He later spun out 30 patents from Fujifilm and secured $7 million in funding from Japanese, Korean, and U.S. investors to launch a new venture, which he exited in 2021. Currently, Sandeep is a Partner at Antler Ibex, where he leads strategic efforts to strengthen Japan’s startup ecosystem in Deeptech, & Web3 —supporting diverse founding teams, enabling late-stage funding, and driving corporate-startup collaboration to unlock both strategic and financial value.

富士ゼロックスパロアルトラボでは、富士フイルム向けの研究から商業化への複数のイニシアチブを主導し、日本およびアジア太平洋地域全体のイノベーション戦略を推進した。その後、日本のブティック型ベンチャーキャピタルファンドに参画し、複数のシリコンバレースタートアップ企業向けに日本の投資家から資金調達を行い、それらの企業が日本市場でプロダクト・マーケット・フィットを達成し規模拡大するのを支援した。

その後、富士フイルムから30件の特許をスピンアウトさせ、日本・韓国・米国の投資家から700万ドルの資金調達に成功し新事業を立ち上げ、2021年にエグジットを果たした。

現在、サンディープはAntler Ibexのパートナーとして、日本のスタートアップエコシステムを強化する戦略的取り組みを主導している。ディープテックとWeb3分野において、多様な創業チームを支援し、後期段階の資金調達を実現し、企業とスタートアップの連携を推進することで、戦略的価値と財務的価値の両方を解き放つことを目指している。
