Mariko Nishimura co-founded HEART CATCH Inc. in 2014 and expanded its presence to Los Angeles in 2020. She bridges technology, creativity, and business, leading new business production, communication strategy design, and educational program development in collaboration with corporations and municipalities. As a Japan representative of Art Thinking Improbable, she promotes the integration of art thinking into business and innovation, and she has a track record of investing in and supporting startups both in Japan and abroad.She also serves as a member of the Cabinet Office’s Open Innovation Award expert committee, Visiting Professor at Musashino Art University, official columnist for Forbes JAPAN, Fellow of Shizuoka Prefecture, and cofounder of AI Collective Japan, one of the world’s largest AI communities.Recognized as a “Pollinator®︎,” she seamlessly connects people, companies, technology, and culture, fostering ideas and collaborations that transcend boundaries.

2014年に株式会社HEART CATCHを共同創業。2020年には米国ロサンゼルスに拠点を広げ、テクノロジー、クリエイティブ、ビジネスを横断し、企業や自治体と連携した新規事業プロデュースや広報戦略設計、教育プログラム開発を推進している。Art Thinking Improbableの日本代表として、アート思考をビジネスやイノベーションに導入する活動も展開。国内外スタートアップへの出資・事業支援実績も持つ。内閣府「オープンイノベーション大賞」専門委員を務めるほか、武蔵野美術大学 客員教授、Forbes JAPAN公式コラムニスト、静岡県フェロー、世界最大級のAIコミュニティ「AI Collective Japan」cofounderとしても活動。異分野を自在に行き来しながら、人・企業・技術・文化を結びつける「Pollinator®︎（ポリネーター）」として、枠を越えた発想とコラボレーションを生み出している。
