Jack is the Interim Executive Director of Intersect, the member-based organization advancing Cardano’s governance and product development. He leads efforts to coordinate Cardano’s decentralized decision-making where members, committees, and community actors collectively shape the network’s direction through open participation and transparent processes. Intersect also serves as the Administrator for more than ₳250 million in future development funded by Cardano’s Treasury, ensuring that funds are managed responsibly and directed toward community-approved priorities.Previously, Jack led the governance product marketing function at IOG, one of Cardano’s founding entities, and has over a decade of experience delivering large-scale marketing campaigns for global organizations including Vodafone, Three Mobile, and Thomson Reuters.A long-time advocate for blockchain’s potential to transform systems of coordination and accountability, Jack began his crypto journey with Bitcoin in 2012 and Ethereum in 2017 before joining the Cardano community as an early ADA holder. Outside the blockchain space, he has chaired a large residents association representing over 150 households and, in 2018, ran as a parliamentary candidate in the UK general elections, reflecting his enduring interest in governance, civic participation, and community-led decision-making.

Intersectはまた、Cardanoのトレジャリーからの今後の開発資金 ₳2億5,000万以上の管理機関として、資金が責任を持って運用され、コミュニティに承認された優先事項に適切に配分されるよう監督しています。

以前は、Cardanoの創設組織の一つであるIOG（Input Output Global）にてガバナンス製品マーケティング部門を率い、Vodafone、Three Mobile、Thomson Reutersなどのグローバル企業で大規模なマーケティングキャンペーンを10年以上にわたり手がけてきました。

ブロックチェーンが協調と説明責任の仕組みを変革する可能性に長年関心を寄せており、2012年にビットコイン、2017年にイーサリアムに関わった後、初期のADAホルダーとしてCardanoコミュニティに参加しました。

ブロックチェーン以外の分野でも、150世帯以上を代表する住民協会の会長を務めたほか、2018年には英国総選挙において国会議員候補として出馬するなど、ガバナンス、市民参加、そしてコミュニティ主導の意思決定への深い関心を持ち続けています。
