He has been engaged in artificial intelligence (AI) research since his student days and has a PhD in Engineering.

After working on the development of a location-linked advertising system at Sirius Technologies, he founded Naked Technology, which he sold to mixi. He then co-founded Cinnamon AI, an AI startup that utilizes technologies such as AI-OCR, voice recognition, and natural language processing (NLP). As a futurist at the company, he currently leads a team of engineers in Southeast Asia and promotes the social implementation of AI technology.

He also provides advisory and coaching to executives and leaders, and researches how to improve organizational efficacy using cognitive science. His books include Double Harvest and Teams Are Naturally Reborn.

学生時代から人工知能（AI）研究に従事し、工学博士号を取得。シリウステクノロジーズで位置連動型広告システムの開発に携わった後、ネイキッドテクノロジーを創業し、同社をmixiに売却。その後、AI-OCR・音声認識・自然言語処理（NLP）などの技術を活用したAIスタートアップ「シナモンAI」を共同創業。

現在は同社のフューチャリストとして、東南アジアのエンジニアチームを率いながら、AI技術の社会実装を推進している。

また、経営者やリーダー層向けのアドバイザリーやコーチングを行い、認知科学を活用した組織のエフィカシー向上を研究。著書に『ダブルハーベスト』『チームが自然に生まれ変わる』がある。
