Danielle Stanko leads governance work at IOG, where she played a key role in defining, developing, implementing, and now refining Cardano’s Voltaire era governance systems. This work involved establishing on-chain voting features, creating committees and off-chain processes to facilitate informed community decisions, drafting the Cardano Constitution with input from over 1,000 community members, and forming the first group to uphold the constitution. Danielle is a hands-on implementer who enjoys learning through action and finding the best way forward within diverse communities.
