Born in the U.S. and raised in Japan, after earning brand marketing experience at Red Bull, and Arisa entered the business world. She has 13+ year experience in new market entry / business development at fast-growing tech companies such as NY-based healthcare startup Noom (Unicorn since 2021), and StockX (Unicorn since 2019). Especially as the first hire at Shopify(NYSE: SHOP), she wore multiple hats to establish the business in the Japanese market from the very early stages working cross-functionally between the headquarters and Japan. After learning design thinking and luxury management at Politecnico di Milan as a part of MBA program in Italy, she is currently leading Web3 investment and manage accelerator programs, bridging startup and investor communities. She is co-living with 100 entrepreneurs from all over the world at Draper University in Silicon Valley.

アメリカ生まれ、福岡県久留米市育ち。Red Bullインターンや財閥系金融法人営業を経て、Shopify日本第一号社員として海外Tech企業の日本立ち上げに携わる。2019年独立後は、新規事業支援やEC事業、教育・女性起業家支援に従事。異業界をつなぐ「繋ぎ人」として、世界が驚く化学反応の創出を目指す。2021年よりイタリアのミラノ工科大学院にてデザイン思考と経営学を掛け合わせたデザインマネジメント学を専攻し、2023年からはカリフォルニアのシリコンバレーに拠点を移し、米ベンチャーキャピタルDraperU VenturesにてWeb3スタートアップへの投資事業やスタートアップ支援プログラムを管轄。Draper Universityという起業家の学校をコンセプトにした場所にて、世界各国からの起業家100人に囲まれながら共同生活を送っている。
