We run two gatherings you can work: a day in Munich this September, and the summit in Tokyo next May. Volunteering means running the day itself, the welcome desk, seating guests, and stewarding the room. Tell us which one, and how you'd like to help.

What the day involves
Welcome desk
Greet guests at the door, check them against the guest list, and hand them what they need for the day.
Seating and stewarding
Show guests to their table or session room, seat latecomers, and keep the room moving between sessions.
Bilingual support
Tokyo runs in Japanese and English. If you work in both, you can help guests and speakers find each other.
A standing invitation
Volunteers become part of our network for future Tech for Impact gatherings, in Munich, Tokyo and beyond.
