After graduating from Waseda University in 2014, Yosuke Tamura worked at Ernst & Young in management consulting, focusing on business strategy, M&A due diligence, human resources and organizational development, and recruitment. From 2018, he worked at Accenture Strategy & Consulting's Health and Public Services Division, providing management consulting services to the healthcare industry and policy recommendations to central government ministries. From 2021, he founded and led the consulting division at GLIN Impact Capital, driving impact/ESG investment consulting for investment funds and listed companies. Since 2024, he has been engaged in investment execution and value enhancement for Japanese listed and unlisted equities at a New York-based investment firm. Tamura holds a Master of Science in Management Studies (Finance Certificate) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health at Harvard University (Health Management and Applied Data Analytics Certificates).
