Born in Kami Town, Miyagi Prefecture. After experiencing the earthquake disaster, he decided he wanted to do work that helps people and entered the National Defense Academy. After graduating from the Mechanical Engineering Department of the same academy, he joined the Ground Self-Defense Force as an officer candidate. After serving at the 12th Logistics Support Unit (Gunma Prefecture) as a weapons maintenance officer, where he was involved in planning training, managing maintenance operations, and disaster relief deployments, he joined Spurcle. At Spurcle, he gained experience in management consulting before transitioning to venture capital work.
