Shu Sokabe

Shu Sokabe joined Genesia Ventures as a student intern in May 2022. In March 2023, he completed his graduate studies at the Graduate School of Engineering, Tohoku University, where he researched the development of new battery materials without using metals and contributed to technology development at a university-originated startup based on his own research. Outside of academics, he was also involved in rocket development.In April 2023, he joined Genesia Ventures as a full-time employee. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Tohoku University and a master’s degree from the Graduate School of Engineering at Tohoku University.
