Engaged in investment operations at SBI Shinsei Bank Group since 2004, covering non-performing loan investments, real estate securitization, and venture/buyout investments. Launched Japan’s first impact investment fund by a domestic bank, Childcare Support Fund (2017), followed by Hataraku FUND (2019).Founded Impact Capital Inc. in February 2024 and established Impact Capital Fund I in May 2024, an impact investment fund dedicated to pursuing human well-being.Serves as a member of the Financial Services Agency’s “Study Group on Impact Investment,” selection committee member for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’s “J-Startup Impact,” and committee member for JANPIA’s “Investment Review Committee for Dormant Deposit Utilization Funds (Equity).”Recipient of Nikkei WOMAN’s Woman of the Year 2019.
