Ecosystem builder for impact economy and philanthropy

As founding CEO of Japan Fundraising Association for over 16 years, I have worked to cultivate a culture of giving and impact investment in Japan. Our organization has grown into a robust network with thousands of members, fostering collaboration and innovation across nonprofits and social enterprises. My role emphasizes advancing philanthropic strategies, impact investment and management, and legacy and HNWI giving, as well as strengthening the infrastructure for sustainable fundraising and impact-driven initiatives.
Additionally, as Vice President of Shizenkan University, Ambassador for the Global Steering Group for Impact Investment, Japan advisor to AVPN, and Editor in Chief of Stanford Social Innovation Review Japan, I contribute to shaping global and domestic impact ecosystems. My leadership is rooted in a commitment to creating systemic change through empowering organizations, developing impact investment markets, and enabling effective fundraising practices. I am passionate about bridging resources and ideas to drive meaningful social change.
I run my Karate dojos and love to teach karate to kids in my community.
