Sove Lone, President

Jude Elie is an engineer, political scientist, and public‐spirited leader dedicated to the revitalization of Haiti through pragmatic, inclusive governance. Over his career, Jude Elie has worked in infrastructure, housing, and urban development in both the U.S. and Haiti, including roles with the New York City Housing Authority, the MTA, Chevron/Texaco, and the Peace Corps. He also leads several businesses in Haiti (construction, green energy, petroleum distribution) and is active in philanthropy, especially disaster resilience and water system design. As president of the political coalition “Sove Lonè,” he seeks to unite efforts toward health, education, infrastructure, sustainable industry, and national regeneration in Haiti. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from G.O.C. University (Haiti), advanced engineering studies in Florida (FAU), an Executive MBA from Stony Brook University, a master’s in urban systems from the Polytechnic Institute of New York, and a PhD in Political Science from Sorbonne, France.
