He has been engaged in artificial intelligence (AI) research since his student days and has a PhD in Engineering. After working on the development of a location-linked advertising system at Sirius Technologies, he founded Naked Technology, which he sold to mixi. He then co-founded Cinnamon AI, an AI startup that utilizes technologies such as AI-OCR, voice recognition, and natural language processing (NLP). As a futurist at the company, he currently leads a team of engineers in Southeast Asia and promotes the social implementation of AI technology. He also provides advisory and coaching to executives and leaders, and researches how to improve organizational efficacy using cognitive science. His books include Double Harvest and Teams Are Naturally Reborn.
