Donald Eubank

Co-founder of Read the Air, the sustainable business advisory firm, and co-author of "Leading Sustainably-The path to sustainable business and how the SDGs changed everything"

Donald Eubank is a key advisor to client organizations that seek to create corporate value from implementation of ESG, Sustainability and the SDGs principles and practices. He focuses on developing sustainable business and corporate decarbonization strategies backed by an understanding of each organization’s unique nature.

Donald is a co-founder with Trista Bridges of Read the Air, a sustainable business advisory firm, and co-author of the book “Leading Sustainably—The Path to Sustainable Business and How the SDGs Changed Everything” from Routledge. As part of this work, Donald established the Sustainability Roundtable at Temple University, Japan Campus’ International Business Studies, has been a guest lecturer at the Ban Ki-moon ESG Academy, Waseda Business School and Hitotsubashi ICS, and is an advisor to the Value Research Center at Doshisha University. He organized GRIPS’ Disruptive Inclusive Innovation forum on Impact Investing with Sir Ronald Cohen, and has been a four-time panel judge for the Global Corporate Sustainability Awards.

His second book, “The Handbook of Climate Change Leadership in Organisations” (Chapter 16, Sustainable Goal Setting for Climate Action: What Leaders Value Defines How They Take Action) came out from Routledge in 2023.
