Dave Dionisio is the Chief of Staff to the COO at Input Output, where he manages strategic programs designed to advance the Cardano ecosystem. Previously, as a strategic advisor, he enabled a diverse range of fintech and crypto companies to scale by developing comprehensive commercial strategies.

His work focused on guiding startups, including DEX & CEX exchanges, stablecoin issuers, and digital identity providers, through venture fundraising, securing key bank partnerships, building effective internal operations and governance, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
