Alexandre serves as Sustainability & Innovation Lead at the Cardano Foundation, where he develops strategic partnerships with UN agencies and positions Cardano as the leading blockchain platform aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals. He coordinates the Foundation's engagement with Project Catalyst and other emerging ecosystem funding programs while developing innovative frameworks for decentralized treasury governance. As a Secretary of the Board of the International Association for Trusted Blockchain Applications (INABTA), he represents the blockchain industry in key global committees and strategic alliances. Alexandre brings extensive experience from education, research, innovation cooperation, and international NGOs. He holds a Masters in International Affairs from the Geneva Graduate Institute and a Bachelor's in Economics, Finance, and Social Development from the University of Cape Town.
